FOCUS AND SCOPE
Journal of Language and Linguistics (e-JBL) is an open access and double blind peer review international journal published by Centre for Core Studies, International Islamic University College Selangor (KUIS), Malaysia. The main objective of e-JBL is to provide a platform for the international scholars, academicians, and researchers to share the thoughts on issues related to language studies, linguistics and language teaching. e-JBL aims to promote interdisciplinary studies in language studies, linguistics and language teaching and thus become the leading international journal in language studies, linguistics and language teaching in the world.
The journal considers both theoretical and applied topics in language studies, linguistics and language teaching and publishes articles of the highest quality which make a substantial contribution to our understanding of the language studies, linguistics and language teaching.
We accept manuscripts written in English and other modern languages. The editors seek manuscripts that:
- develop theoretical, conceptual, or methodological approaches to language studies, linguistics and language teaching,
- present results of empirical research that advance the understanding of language studies, linguistics, and language teaching,
- explore innovative policies and programs and describe and evaluate strategies for future action,
- analyze issues of current interest,
- review of books on current publication relevant to language studies, linguistics, and language teaching.
Special Issues devoted to important topics in language studies, linguistics, and language teaching will occasionally be published. The journal is published online.
